Refund policy

This is a digital product. The moment your payment goes through, the complete file is available to download and keep — there is no way to return it, and no way for us to take it back. For that reason we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase is made.

You are asked to confirm that you understand this before paying. Checkout will not complete until you tick that box.

Before you buy

Because the sale is final, we would rather you were certain first:

• Sample pages are shown on the home page so you can see exactly what you are getting.
• The file is a standard PDF that prints on any home printer, on letter or A4 paper.
• If anything is unclear, email us before buying and we will answer.

If something goes wrong

This policy covers change of mind, not broken files. If your download does not arrive, will not open, or the file is damaged, that is on us — email hello@24north.co and we will get you a working copy. You will not be left out of pocket for a problem at our end.

Duplicate charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, tell us and we will refund the duplicate. That is a billing error, not a change of mind.
